Sue Riding High
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Dark Creme De Cacao
- 2 oz Hot Chocolate
- 1 tsp Heavy Cream
How-to:
Let the hot chocolate cool to room temperature. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, creme de cacao, and hot chocolate. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Drop the cream into the center of the drink.
