Root Beer Float #3

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Galliano
  • cubes Ice
  • Fill with Coca Cola
  • Float 2 tblsp on top Heavy Cream

How-to:

Mix Galiano, Coca-Cola and ice. Float cream on top by pouring over the back of a spoon which is just touching the top of the Coke mixture.
