• 40 ml Galliano
• 30 ml Orange Juice
• 30 ml Cream
• 1 Egg Yolk

How-to:

Put ingredients in shaker with ice, shake very well, pour out in a cocktail glass and put some fine cracked almonds over it as a decoration.
