Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Scotch
• 1/2 oz Pernod
• 3 oz Pineapple Juice

How-to:

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.
