Hard Eight
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Haitian Dark Rum
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- 2 dashes Peychaud Bitters
- Fill with Ginger Beer
How-to:
Add rum, lime juice and bitters to an ice-filled Collins glass. Fill with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and a lemon spiral.
