• 2 oz Apricot Brandy
• 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
• 1 unbroken Egg Yolk

How-to:

Stir brandy and chartreuse with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float unbroken egg yolk on top and serve.
