Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1/2 tblsp Sugar
• 1 Egg Yolk
• Carbonated Water

How-to:

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass. Fill with carbonated water and serve.
