Eye-Opener
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 2 tsp Pernod
- 1 tsp white Creme De Cacao
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 tsp superfine Sugar
How-to:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass.
