Eye-Opener

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
  • 2 tsp Pernod
  • 1 tsp white Creme De Cacao
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 tsp superfine Sugar

How-to:

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass.
