Coconut Toastie
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Light Rum
- 5 tblsp Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/4 oz Whipped Cream
- Shredded Coconut
How-to:
Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve.
