Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz Light Rum
• 1/2 oz Strega
• 1 tblsp Passion Fruit Syrup
• 2 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1/2 Egg White

How-to:

Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
