Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Anisette
• 1 Egg White
• 1 oz Heavy Cream

How-to:

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass.
