Ingredients:

• 1 Egg
• 2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp superfine Sugar

How-to:

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, crack the egg and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
