Bourbon Flip
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp superfine Sugar
- 1/2 oz Light Cream
- 1/8 tsp grated Nutmeg
How-to:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, egg, sugar, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
