Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz Yukon Jack
  • 3/4 oz Rum
  • 3/4 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • Top with Champagne
  • Crushed Ice

How-to:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add liquor and pineapple juice. Shake and serve in glass. Top with champagne.
